Importance of Training(Regular/Summer/Winter/Industrial)
All we know that ,this is the era of fast pace growing Technology. Every state and every Nation are trying to invent/develop something new with the help of Technology.All the developed technologies are also being upgraded day by day. It is really a challenging task for Developer or Fresher to cope up with the latest Technology. Here comes the importance of Training. We have generally noticed that in most of the Engineering colleges, the cousre/syllabus which had been introduced at the Establishment of College is same till now. So how can they be able acquire the latest Technology. Now, the Main question is how they can able to know about the latest technology. Now here comes the Importance of Training Institute. As I analysed that most of the Engineering student in NE, they only undergo the mandatory training and donot lookup for some summer/regular/winter training while on the other hand Engineering student in Delhi, Bangalore and other metropolitan city they parallelly take one regular course while persuing Engineering. Now see the difference between Student of NE and Dehli or Bangalore. So, its my personal suggestion to all the student who is persuing the career in Engineering, try udergo training as much as You can.
